A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (WIR Nordwälder GmbH, Harmannstein 38, 3922 Großschönau, Österreich, E-Mail: shop@naturalpondcare.eu) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Consequences of Withdrawal

An unopened or opened shipping box – but not the breaking/opening of the inner product packaging for zeolite and microorganisms (!) – entitles you to return your order upon request and receive a refund for your order. You are only required to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if the loss of value is due to the opening of the product packaging for zeolite and microorganisms or results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary to examine their nature, properties, and functionality.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Information

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging. Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
